What goes into it
We test the subfloor for moisture and fix what needs fixing before any wood goes down. The flooring is delivered early to acclimate to your house. Then it’s layout, fastening, expansion gaps, and transitions. Solid unfinished for a custom stain, or prefinished for no sanding in the house. Getting a number
Call or text Ken. He’ll ask about the rooms and what you’re after, and give you a realistic range from photos and rough dimensions. When it makes sense, we come out to Camp Hill, measure, and give you one written quote.
