Custom steel air returns

Stamped builder-grade vent covers are the one thing that cheapens a good floor. Ours are laser-cut from quarter-inch plate steel and powder coated. They’re rigid, they don’t rattle, and they pass 96 to 98 percent of the airflow of an open duct, so your HVAC doesn’t notice them. Five patterns, five colors, with color-matched back bands if you want them. Standard sizes are in stock. If you need an odd size, ask.
